Per Character Settings

Hi, is it possible to add a toggle for "global" and "per character" settings? because at the moment all settings are shared and the supports are better to have the mode set to none. So we can have all DDs on hard or soft and support chars on none. Still the "block ground abilities" will work anyway, which is good for supports too.
