WW dont work on some Chars for me

Hi all I got a few Chars, and on all the chras i use 2 Standard Setups. Setup 1 : Prime Damage/Heal/Tank wathever Setup 2 : Same Setup but with the hunting ring ( 45% Movement Speed) Set the Shortcuts to 1 and 4 on Num Pad So, most chars work good, but i got 3 Chars they dont change the ring.
