Trouble when Cmd-Tabing

I play both on PC and Mac. The problem I'm describing below does not happen on PC, only on Mac.
On Mac, when I Cmd-Tab out to the OS (i.e. a web browser, whatever, ...) when I return to ESO, the Wykkyd Toolbar is no longer at the very top of the screen where I left it. It's usually shifted down either on top of or below the compas...
