 Books not appearing on City/Town maps

Just as it says in the title, I don't have icons appearing in my town or city maps for books. I do in delves and dungeons, but when I'm on the city focus map, the book pins don't appear, so I have to toggle back and forth between the zone map and the city map when I'm book-hunting.
