Well, I removed AddOns and SavedVariables folder, then put all addon into a new AddOns folder, error message has disappered and FTC is working.

Still error even I only switched on "Foundry Tactical Combat", "LibMsgWin 1.0", "LibAddonMenu-2.0" and "LibStub"

Could you try removing your saved vars? Don't delete them, as they contain all of your settings for FTC, just remove them from the folder and see if the issue goes away.
I tried to remove "FoundryTacticalCombat.lua" from SavedVariables but didn't fix.

That part is working then. The error has to do with LibMsgWin, but it's working perfectly fine for me. What language are you using?
