 Warden's Glacial Presence Passive Not Showing

Sorry if this has been noted already, but I noticed when parsing that the Critical Damage in cmx reports doesn't count the bonus to chilled targets for wardens, which is especially important now with U32 coming and the cap to critical damage.
I've checked around with others and at first we thought the passive itself wasn't working...
