20th character missing Dungeon SPs

My 20th character (20th I created) can't seem to sync their dungeon skill points with USPF. I've used Minion to clear the variables from USPF, and it correctly displayed zeroes for all toon SPs (from the pull-down menu, before they'd logged in.)
