 Tava Buff Spamming To full Duration

Hello, it seems Tava's Favor buff and cooldown keeps reverting to full duration once it procs over and over, even tho it has a cooldown and also I didn't dodge again to proc it anyway. I've tried removing it from prominent buffs and adding it back. It hasn't had any effect. Any tips on how to fix it?
