 need a scroll bar added

Window is too long, so I opened the file and went through and deleted items I knew I would not be looking for such as disguises, collectables and lures to name a few. It fits after removing 3 or 4 of the items.
I also tried adding a scroll command but no luck. I was kind of pressed for time and didn't really investigate too long.
