After the update, it is not compatible with the Harven's Improved Skills Window(https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info489-HarvensImprovedSkillsWindow.html). No additional skill windows appear. You have to manually go into the lua file and delete the various "filter centerscreen announcements which are already in queue" if-clauses. There are four in total.
