You can recognize it when the status bar has a blue and a red segment that nearly touch and the ingame UI won't show the "Show more" button...

Is there currently an option to manually turn off or toggle off the warning on character logout? I assume using the Cancel option with the ALT key does the same thing as not having a warning popup show up in the first place. The risk of data being missed seems to be minimal since the server stores 30 days automatically by default...

Thanks for letting me know. Seems I got eventId and eventTime mixed up in one of yesterdays fixes. Let me know if the error still happens after you install the new version and restart the game. If it still does, you may also want to try reset the linked range for the customization category of each guild.
