I think I would rather work with Dolgubon to make sure that LibLazyCrafting is preventing the upgrade past the specified
quality without the expertise. I want to test that on the PTS and make sure it works for Necrom. Testing that will also ensure that it works for any skill line with expertise and not only Jewelery Crafting.

Just posting here to say that after updating to ICT 3.5 I got a ton of LUA errors when accessing my inventory and/or turning in writ quests. It could be just a one-off event just impacting me, but if it happens to anyone else it took deleting my ICT saved variable file and re-installing the addon to resolve.
