Me too, I'm running three 27" monitors in 5760x1080 and ever since I updated the toolbar is stuck on the bottom of the screen. I have the same setup and I'm having this problem as well. I can't get it to stay at the top.

I have noticed one issue when trying to get it configured for my monitor setup, the bar for manual bezel correction doesn't seem to work at all. Access Violation

I just wanted to post in case anyone else has had this problem: I kept getting an 'Access Violation' when trying to unzip this addon to the addons folder. It is only because the zip contains a "Thumbs.db" file in the "Assets" folder, so if you copy everything else but that it's fine.
