I made the following change and its worked for me:
In DailyProvisioning.Lua
In the function:
DailyProvisioning:SetStation(recipe)
Change:
ZO_GamepadGenericHeader_SetActiveTabIndex(GAMEPAD_PROVISIONER.header, recipe.ingredientType, false)
To:
ZO_GamepadGenericHeader_SetActiveTabIndex(GAMEPAD_PROVISIONER, 1, false)

it destroys Gold Uncracked Transmute geodes

Yup, it just auto destroyed a Gold Uncracked Transmute Geode from Rewards of the Worthy. I needed those crystals :( big sadface. Please put back in the check box to turn off auto destroy. That was really painful lol. I gotta stop using this addon for awhile, it's not gonna work like this.
