Issue with target frame

Issue with the target frame: most times the custom target frame doesn't display the guild name when you first look at the vendor. You have to look away and then look again at the vendor for the name to show up. https://i.imgur.com/GvwxNqq.jpg

I just go to an alchmey station and... nothing happens... as i do have the same issues, here's the debug log: could this have anything to do with zos changing/adding new multicraft possibility? wierd enough, even manually crafting any potion is prohibited as the craft button never gets active and one cant change the number of it...

The "display only spawned resources" doesn't seem to work with psijic portals. I just passed 2 portals that had no pins whatsoever. But if I disable the "display only spawned", then there's a runestone mark as it should be.

This most probably I will not add; reason is that (at least on CP160+) there are only a handful items that fall under this category and you can just add them to the list of permanent junk items. Makes it also far less complicated than with all the different options and toggles etc. ;) The issue is more about not having the option...
