In the LuiExtendedMenu.lua file please compare Lines 5085 and 5086 to 5106 and 5107. You will find they are all referencing SI_LUIE_LAM_CA_GUILDREP_MG, but lines 5106 and 5107 should reference SI_LUIE_LAM_CA_GUILDREP_UD.
