I have the window in the same position for all characters but the problem only only happens on certain characters. It could be a saved variables problem, I've deleted the saved variables file to test that out. I'll let you know how I get on. It's more likely to be another addon.

I think there was a change in some event flow a few releases ago which stopped the name of the person who is being resurrected from showing up in chat.
