 LINK Steam to the Plugin

Good Day !
I have installed the cool Discord Rich Presence Plugin, and said it should start Eso for me.
But i have bought eso over Steam, so it should be launched over Steam... but it does not!
How to configure the Plugin to start Eso over Steam at Launch ??
