 Harvest Map doesnt show up in the Settings/addons

A friend that has computer illiteracy issues asked me to post this. He is having troubles with Harvest map. All dependencies are downloaded and enabled. Harvest map does not show up under Settings/Addons. and throws an error 4C29C65F
