 Blacklist problems with german language

Hey!
I have the problem, that I am not able to add the "Frost Safeguard (ID: 146311)" to the black list, while having the game in german. I've tried to add the german name, but it didnt work out. (It's "Frost-Rücksicherung" btw.)
Is there a possibility to add either ID's to the black list? If not, how can I remove safe frostguard f...
