 Auto Sell not working for me

New user here - I cannot get it to auto sell Junk Ornate armor/weapons & jewelry, or even items I've marked as Junk.
armor is not part of a set, no traits
Enanble Auto-Marking of items as junk is on
Weapons, Armor and Jewlery is all Auto-Marked with Trait ON
With quality set at Fine or below
Auto-Sell Junk is ON.
But not...

I apologize if this is a common issue, I read through pages and pages of comments and searched the Master merchant pages to see if a fix/work around was posted.
