There seems to be an issue with steps 676-713 in the Grahtwood Guide in the current version (8.2.5). These all refer to the current zone/area as "Gil-Var-Delle Abandoned Cave", when all but the first few steps are overland.

No he can't as it's a ZOs bug and the official ESO forums already tell you that, and to disable all addons at the moment, if you experience any crashes.
