Since you already tried deleting saved variables, it's not something CS is remembering incorrectly because it works on the rest. I assumed add-on conflict, but it's unlikely you don't use the same setup on at least one other character. Great Add-on! I see under the Long Term Effects section that there is a pulldown list to change the container orientation and its set to Vertical by default.
