 Error after updating

Hello,
Havent played eso in a hot minute, never really had a grasp on add-on efficiency in the first place.
After updating, the menu for No, thank you has disappeared. additionally, all of my add-ons are labeled as out of date, despite being updated with minion.
How can I fix?

I think I broke something.

The addon appears active under Addons, but not Addon settings.
however it's features aren't active. really feeling the absence of that no-zoom in on menus :(
