 Gear swap isn't occuring. Gives an error.

As the title says, gear swap will only swap my chest piece then all other gear slots give the message "Item cannot be equipped in that slot". No matter what other piece of gear I try to swap.
I have the Spinner's 5 piece set, Nieren'eth's set, vicious death 5 piece set on my primary.
On secondary I'm trying to put in Homespun ma...

Every time I gain XP I get this UI Error

As noted in the subject line, every time I gain XP using the CLS addon I get this error:
