 Rearming Trap issue

How do I make the DOT from rearming trap show up? Whatever I try the only thing that comes up with the trap arming timer (60 seconds), instead of the 6(x2) second DOT tick.

Only way to properly track it is to look for the Minor Force buff it gives.
