Okay, the black screen may have its source elsewhere. I do see the add-ons in the login screen, but as soon as I logged in, it's black... that is, if I set 'allow outdated add-ons'. LibMsgWin is definitely not out of date. I just downloaded the copy off of ESOUI and checked. It's the only library that shows as red, the add-ons screen, when it works, shows Dependency next to FTC.

For me LibMsgWin-1.0 shows as out of date on the new Elsweyr update. That means that FTC only half works in the game. Be glad you can see the error. For me it disables my complete GUI all the time. I have to do /reloadui, then quickly go to Settings to disable HarvestMap or else I'll lose access to my menu's. I did at one point have 6 notifications, all I guess lua errors, but couldn't get there.
