Does anyone have any ideas how to roughly fix a bunch of crucial AUI features?

With latest expansion AUI health/stam/magicka bars seem to be not working as well as displayed buff duration. Last couple of years i was doing PvP only with AUI and when i faced such a problem it turned out that i can't do PvP at all.
