please add a function to scroll in the lists the window is way to big i need to drag it around evry time when i want to read stuff in top i need to drag it down and when i want to read in the down section i need to drag it up

Please add a function for only command users i need the function to disable the floating button in the screen from the housing tool this little blue house with eht written in and the numbers of how much people in my home how much fx 0/2000 stuff and how many items in the house i don't need it its not clean and destroy my full artwork...
