I could allow this through, but it says Trojan:JS/Foretype.A!ml detected. What's this about? Same for me
It's a false-positive triggered by the Javascript file used by DownloadNewData.bat.
If your antivirus program has an option to upload it to them for analysis, do that and they might fix the false-positive.

What anti-virus are you guys using because it looks like a false positive and I can file a report with them to get it cleared up. Also make sure you're anti-virus is running the latest definitions sometimes they correct this on their own.
Virus total scanns with ~60 scanners and it has come up clean https://www.virustotal.com/gui/...
