 2 files missing, dunno what to do

Yo.
I havent been playing eso since april 2018.. now i came back and started installing some addons. everything i install works perfectly just this one Inventory insight doesnt want to work. The in game description at addons in setting says that im missing : LibAsync and LibAddonMenu.
i dont know what that means and i suck at pro...
