/csrepair normally fixes that. If it's supposedly in the bank, you can do it on any character. If it's supposedly on a character, you'll have to login as that one. Just wanted to let you know I am seeing a bug for the "Has Item" for the "Invigorating Helmet"; it shows up even though none of my characters currently has that item in inventory. It shows on every character that has not researched Invigorating for Helmet.
