Hi, I do not get to see any books in the High Isle and Amenos Region - is it mabe because I cancelled my ESO Plus subscription? I am using version 70I don't know and I can't test that because I have the Chapter and I have Necrom Pre-Ordered. So I will never be in a situation where I don't have the expansion to see if that can happen.

I want to help but I have no way to know what would cause that. I have people tell me they can't see the map pins for Quest Map and once they realize they manually installed it wrong then it works. I double checked yesterday that I could see the pin before I uploaded it.
The grey box probably means the game can't find the texture...

You will need to find the mod causing it. There are countless mods that access the PopupTooltip and any number of them could cause the issue when you have MRL and Inventory Insight active. Which is why it happens for you and not me because I don't use the other mod you are us...

If the icons don't show but you have map filters then post the filters. About the only way this will happen is when it is manually installed incorrectly or on Unix. Which Unix isn't supported not even Wine.

I checked it just now and it doesn't say for you to rename files. You just install with minion. As for the rest I also don't see where it says the skyshards and lorebooks feature is complete.

I can't see your screen. I'm not sure how I can help. I don't know how you installed the mod. I use Minion and it installs all the files from the archive. You could try reinstalling it. Then activate the library. It's the same as any other library. Addons are alphabetical first, then libraries are alphabetical after.
