 Nothing is working

Hey, I just installed this for the first time, I can see and move the buff box, but none of the buffs/de-buffs are actually tracking when the box appears in fights. I have only tried with the preset buffs, FULL, DPS, TANK and HEAL but nothing seems to track or proc the visual bar or timers. Any help is appreciated. TYIA!
