FTC no longer includes LibMsgWin so it may have been a remnant when you updated. I can confirm that. had the same problem. simply deleting the libmsg folder from the ftc folder solves it. I think the problem is that the game loads libs first, then the addons (makes sense). when it loaded ftc it overwrote the libmsg to the older vers...
