UI with addon update broken

As of Blackwood today, the ui now shows a thin white bar at the top of the screen with the new icons reading 'test' next to all of them. currently unusable as it doesn't convey any information or allow customization in the addon setting menu.

Hi, I tried installing your addon through Minion earlier this afternoon but couldn't access the addon settings to get it setup. The addon appears to install fine and appears in the addon list but not in the addon list found in settings. Could there be a different addon that is preventing it from loading correctly?
