 Event Tracker not working correctly

Hi
Just to set the Scene I have not done Witches quest as i already have Witches Whistle in my tools collection. It is not firing off when i log in so do that manually. after having done that 60 seconds later it activates again and that keeps happening every 60 seconds. Which as you can guess is a little irksome :(
