New Install of game but backed up Kill Counter .LUA file. Still not working??

I recently had to uninstall ESO and do a clean install. I have the .LUA file backed up for the Kill Counter addon. However when I copy and paste the .LUA file into the Saved Variables folder and launch the game, the Kill Counter is acting like it was just installed and showing no historic data.
