I've recently noticed that the addon cannot be enabled for specific characters anymore, it's either enabled for all chars or none. This used to work fine in the past and I'm not entirely sure when it broke, since I mainly quest on a Khajiiti char, but I noticed some day that one of my non-Khajiiti chars suddenly spoke Khajiit too ;)...

Since yesterday's update none of my skills show a cooldown timer anymore. It doesn't matter if I cast a skill on the front bar or the back bar, not a single skills shows a cooldown anymore.
