Your folder structure looks correct. So did you scroll down in your addon list ingame and check if they are there? Since Elsweyr libraries can be marked by authors so they appear in that section at the bottom.
If they don't appear there, then I think there is an issue with loading the folders somehow. Can you tell me if you have W...
