Yes, right from the start on load. Probably a Windows 'security' thing or something? I tried to run eso as administrator but it didn't help. :(

Thanks for the quick answer! Yes, the files are ok in the folder. And yes the folder, actually all the addon-folders, are marked as read only though the files in the folders are not.
