 sometimes buffs dont show

There are times when the buff indicator doesn't show up for wall of elements or liquid lightning. Seems to have something to do with the cast order. Is this addressed anywhere in the comments? This addon helps a ton!

One question though. Would it be possible to disable showing the permanent buffs (like mundus stones or ESOplus membership)? That'd be quite useful I think :)
