Cannot find toggle keybinds in controls

Hello, I love the add-on, but after reinstalling ESO, it is not working properly. I am looking into the controls for the toggle keybinds, yet the only controls I can bind, is: "Customize!" "Pimp my Char!", and "Pimp my Ride!". I cannot find the controls that allow me to bind costumes, mounts, personalities, etc. Is there anyway to...
