Whenever we log in on any character, the bar is red (like, the combat feature) and bordered, but the combat opacity is set to zero, and the option to 'red' the bar when in combat is turned off for us both. I think I fixed it for the upcoming update. Interestingly, I was really confused when I logged in and saw the red bar again....

@Nekoyoubi I thought I had already done something similar, but I hadn't finished it. I've added two new settings for individually hiding known or unknown from tooltips, regardless of tracking. Awesome! Thanks so much. Crazy turn-around on that, and a great improvement already.
