I just had to reinstall everything on my computer when an SSD went bad. It's not gamebreaking, just tedious, to recreate 20+ rules on each of 14 'toons. Is there a semi-simple way to create a ruleset on my main 'toon, and then copy/paste or duplicate it into my other 13 'toons without having to go line-by-line? This isn't one...

Because it's impossible to put items into (or out of) bank if you're not currently at a banking npc viewing the bank interface.
