Turns out I needed to be running the game as administrator for the setting to actually 'take'. Sorry for the confusion on my end!

My chat text keeps fading despite h...

My chat text keeps fading despite having the option for "prevent chat text fading" turned to on. It's not the background that's fading but the text itself, the background stays there all the time. Is there a second option somewhere that I'm not seeing, or another step I need to take?
