Today all cooldown/duration numbers and the cooldown indicators for skills on the inactive bar has disappeared.
I can confirm it is happening to me too, mostly, but not always. For example if I want to throw Blockade of Storms from the back bar, the cooldown counter doesn't show when I switch to main bar. This is the behavior 98%...
