Unfortunately no, as this is not how saving data works. The API is pretty limited in that way.

It is possible to show the stat itself yes. But that stat doesn't really change anyway.
However what is very tricky is to also show the resistance changes of all the targets around you (when they get Minor/Major Breach of Fracture).

Bug: I turned it off in Cyrodiil but after every loadingscreen it shows up again in Cyrodiil until i turn on and off again.
Oh no, now I need to go to laggy Cyro for testing ... Probably the detection is failing.

Its left number vs. right number, so your Damage contribution to those targets. In a dungeon or trial this is your contribution to the groups damage. If it is bigger than 50% then you are doing more damage than the rest of your group combined.

I don't have that in right now, as it can be problematic in a lot of fights. But I'll consider adding something like this as an option in the future.
