Okay, looks like something's gone screwy with the search function today. The search for quest requirements feature seems to be broken, and normal searches are taking a long time to return anything.
Do you have a master writ?In my bank, but not in my quest log.

Logged in today and noticed that I don't have any red marked along the left side of items in my bank/inventory that I have for decon. Has this come up before? Or am I lucky enough to be the one person with the issue?

Why is it showing that I have several hundred skyshards? When I disable this addon it returns to normalSkyShards now recap your whole SkyShards completion. If you're not happy, there is a setting in the options panel.

I'm not sure about the second error because this addon doesn't do anything with skills.The error appears to occur when you try to left click and drag the ability. Right clicking and selecting a slot does not seem to cause the error. At least for me. Also, I'm not having this issue with any other addon, just this one.
