also, minor issue.. I can see an 'x' being displayed infrequently in dialogues. Not sure if it's from the actual dialogue text in the game or your add-on.

Fantastic add-on, I use it while leveling as I have a habit of always speed reading the quest text otherwise, before it is fully voice oved.
Only issue so far is for the shopkeepers (vendors).. we get to hear their dialogue slowly all the time. Not sure how that could be fixed however, besides having a list of all of them in the app.
